The Challenge:

When OtAr'i Architects came to us, they were just getting started on Instagram. There was no audience, no content, and no digital presence.

The bigger challenge was that they were entering a space where many architecture firms had already built strong communities. Posting beautiful projects alone wasn't enough because every page looked good.

Our goal was simple: create a brand people would remember, not just another portfolio people would scroll past.

The Approach:

From the beginning, we decided Instagram shouldn't feel like a gallery of finished projects.

Instead, we wanted people to experience the journey behind every design.

We mixed educational content with behind the scenes moments, founder stories, project walkthroughs, and transformation reels. This helped the page feel more personal while also showing the team's expertise.

Every post had a purpose. It was either there to educate, build trust, or reach new audiences.

Finding What Worked:

Like every growing brand, not everything worked from day one.

Our early posts were visually strong but didn't generate the engagement we expected.

That helped us realize something important.

People don't stop because a space looks beautiful. They stop because a story catches their attention.

Once we shifted our focus from simply showcasing projects to telling the story behind them, the content started performing much better.

The Turning Point:

One terrace transformation reel completely changed the direction of the account.

Instead of focusing on the technical details, we opened with the transformation itself and built the story around it.

The reel crossed 2 million views, bringing in thousands of new profile visits, followers, and inquiries.

More importantly, it showed us exactly what the audience wanted, and we used those learnings across future content.
