The Challenge:

Solar is a technical industry, and most brands communicate using complex terminology that can be difficult for everyday homeowners to understand.

Fore Point Solution wanted to build a stronger online presence while educating people about solar energy in a way that felt simple, relatable, and trustworthy.

The challenge wasn't creating more content. It was creating content that answered real questions, built confidence, and encouraged people to explore solar without feeling overwhelmed.

The Approach:

We shifted the focus from promotional content to educational storytelling.

Instead of only talking about products, we created content around government subsidies, maintenance, installation processes, customer experiences, common myths, and the long-term value of switching to solar.

The strategy also included founder-led content, project walkthroughs, customer stories, and educational reels that made technical topics easier to understand.

Alongside Instagram and Facebook, we also planned content for LinkedIn and YouTube to build a consistent presence across platforms and reach audiences in different ways.

Making Technical Content Feel Human

One of the biggest priorities was making every piece of content easy to consume.

Rather than using industry jargon, we focused on everyday language, real customer stories, and visual explanations that helped people understand how solar could fit into their lives.

The goal wasn't just to create attractive posts—it was to build trust through valuable, easy-to-understand content.

The Results

Over three months, the content strategy helped strengthen the brand's online presence and supported broader marketing efforts.

Highlights

500K+ Content Views

351K+ People Reached

24.7K Content Interactions

789 New Instagram Followers

82.6% of content views came from non-followers, helping the brand reach a wider audience and improve visibility beyond its existing community.

The consistent educational content also supported campaigns focused on generating awareness and customer inquiries, creating a stronger digital presence for the brand.

What This Project Taught Me

This project showed me that even the most technical industries can build meaningful connections online.

When information is presented clearly and consistently, people engage more, trust the brand faster, and are far more likely to take the next step.
